These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 99jiu platform. By registering an account or using any service on 99jiu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open a 99jiu account. Accounts belonging to underage users are closed without exception and any balance is voided.
Each individual may hold only one 99jiu account. Duplicate accounts detected during routine checks are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds, including any bonus balances.
All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on 99jiu are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied; what you deposit is what you play with.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms are specified at the point of offer and cannot be waived after a bonus has been activated.

Should your circumstances change — including change of address, phone number, or email — you must update your Account details promptly. 99jiu is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you, including failed withdrawals or missed communications.
99jiu conducts KYC verification as a condition of processing your first withdrawal and may request identity documents at any point during the Account lifecycle. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — is accepted for Indonesian residents) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe results in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 99jiu will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password.
You must notify the 99jiu support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. 99jiu will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless 99jiu is notified of unauthorized access in advance of the activity occurring. Wagers placed and withdrawals processed prior to notification of a security breach are not reversible on grounds of unauthorized access alone.
99jiu accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet transfer (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are denominated and credited exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. 99jiu is not responsible for delays caused by the payment intermediary or by the Player's own bank.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are legitimately yours, that they do not represent the proceeds of any criminal activity, and that you are not using any payment method that does not belong to you. 99jiu reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
If a deposit is not credited to your Account within 30 minutes of transfer completion, contact the 99jiu support team with your transfer proof (bukti transfer). Do not attempt to re-initiate the deposit without first contacting support, as duplicate deposits may not be refundable without a review process.
Withdrawals from your Account are subject to the following conditions being met at the time of the request:
Standard withdrawals to verified Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and others) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within three (3) minutes during finance desk operating hours of 07:00–23:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Withdrawals requested outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the withdrawal request. VIP-tier players may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
Under no circumstances will 99jiu process a withdrawal to a bank account or e-wallet that does not belong to the verified Account holder. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts are automatically declined, and the Account may be flagged for review.
99jiu offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of the offer. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry period — form part of this Agreement and take precedence over these General Bonus Terms in the event of conflict.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of a minimum of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion details.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 99jiu reserves the right to void the bonus, any associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation without prior notice.
Bonus credits and their associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the promotion terms — typically within 7 to 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonuses and any associated uncompleted wagering requirements are removed from the Account automatically. 99jiu is not obligated to issue reminders or notifications prior to bonus expiry.
All casino games available on the 99jiu Platform — including live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, and Sic Bo from certified providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — operate using certified random number generation or genuine live dealer mechanisms. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the relevant game studio. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are as published by each game supplier.
Sportsbook bets placed on football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Champions League, AFF Cup, and others), badminton, MotoGP, esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and other markets are subject to the specific rules for each event and market type as displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise voided, 99jiu's settlement rules — published in the sportsbook rules section — govern the outcome of all affected bets.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other numbers-format games on the Platform are settled against official published draw results. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result on the Platform and the official draw authority result, the official draw authority result prevails for all settlement purposes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round or betting event, 99jiu will conduct a review and resolve the affected bets in accordance with fair play principles. Bets that cannot be verified as complete and valid due to a technical issue may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance. Winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction, software error, or inaccurate odds publication are not valid and will not be paid out.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99jiu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
99jiu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, inability to verify age eligibility, and discovery of a duplicate Account.
In the event of Account closure due to Player breach, any remaining Balance — including Real Money Balance, Bonus Balance, and pending winnings — is subject to forfeiture without recourse. Where Account closure is initiated by 99jiu for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the 99jiu support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining verified Real Money Balance is paid out to the Player's verified payment method upon closure, subject to pending KYC completion and absence of active unresolved disputes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use 99jiu's intellectual property for any purpose beyond accessing the Platform for its intended purpose as an individual Player.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 99jiu Platform without the prior written consent of 99jiu. Unauthorized use of Platform content may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99jiu's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In summary, 99jiu collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process financial transactions, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption and is not sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 99jiu, subject to any retention obligations imposed by law or regulation. Such requests should be directed to the support team at the contact details provided in Clause 17.
99jiu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, 99jiu will endeavor to notify registered Players via the email address on file.
Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 10.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.
Where direct resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
